Art Talk
During the semester we will discuss some artworks to help you get familiar with art terminology.
The ability to talk about art is essential in the senior years. You will need to analyse, interpret and evaluate art to justify your opinions.
In your books please write the artists name as a title.
Then write notes (can be in dot point form) from what we discuss as a class or any thoughts you may have about the artwork.
There are no wrong answers here.
The aim is to think and talk about the works and not to be judgemental of any opinions.
Discuss art elements and principles.
Discuss composition
Discuss concept / meaning
Each artist notes will be marked out of 10.
